Ski Morocco offers logistical and technical support for skiers and other mountain enthusiasts looking to explore the Atlas Mountains while respecting the local Amazigh culture and preserving the sustainability of traditional villages in rural Morocco.

What is Bou Naceur Sustainability?
Bou Naceur Sustainability is an American nonprofit working to support Amazigh (Berber) communities and promote sustainable tourism practices in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. Our center is located in the beautiful village of Oulad Ali Youssef in the Middle Atlas Mountains, but we work with Moroccan mountain guides in many communities across all ranges of the Atlas.
What does Bou Naceur Sustainability do?

Bou Naceur Sustainability works to support the indigenous people of the Atlas Mountains through sustainable development initiatives. We help to generate supplemental income for these communities through mountain tourism and we also provide training and equipment to community members to prepare them for jobs in the mountain tourism industry. Proceeds generated by Bou Naceur Sustainability and Ski Morocco activities go towards development projects in throughout the Atlas Mountains.
